Description:
A recombinant form of envelope glycoprotein D (gD) from Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV) serotype 2 (HSV-2) (strain 333 or HG52, GenBank: Q76UG7) was produced by insect cells, followed by purification. This product contains ectodomain and 6 hexa-histidine tag at the C-terminus. This product has been examined on SDS-PAGE gel with reduced condition. We evaluated its binding to anti-His tag or positive antibody (clone RV23, Cat.No. Y48B93) in ELISAs, see results.
