Brucella is a Gram-negative bacterium belonging to the α-proteobacteria division and is the cause of Brucellosis, one of the common zoonotic diseases. Brucella occasionally infects human. The early diagnosis of Brucellosis is difficult as the poor specific symptom in early stage of infection and a lack of easy detection method.
