Human Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA) Protein, Fc Tag or Tag free
Catalog Number:
A28K97
Description:
Human Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA) is a sensitive tumor biomarker for gastrointestinal cancer, and it is widely expressed in colorectal cancer (CRC) tissue and serum. Human carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 5 (CEAM5) with AA Lys 35 – Ala 685 (Accession: AAA51967.1 or P06731) fused with a HRV3C cleavage site and human IgG1 Fc (Fc) tag at the C-terminus was produced by human embryonic kidney HEK cells, followed by purification. Sequence is available upon the request. The purity has been examined >95% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE, where protein migrates as 102-120 kDa. We evaluated its binding to a CEA-specific antibody clone RV64 (Cat.No. Y62E54) in ELISAs, see results. The protein can be cleaved by HRV3C protease for tag free.
Protein Synonyms:
