Description:
This antibody is bioengineered recombinant purified monoclonal antibody using variable domain sequence of clone RV71-IgG (Cat. No. C21R68) constructed with constant region for IgM format. This antibody has been tested to bind to fusion (F) of human Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) subtype A1 strain (Cat. No. K8K28-A) or B1 strain (Cat. No. K8K28-B) or human Metapneumovirus (hMPV) subtype A1 (Cat. No. M5Q48-A). An example of comparison of this IgM and IgG (Cat. No. C21R68) using size exclusion chromatography is shown.
