HIV p24-His and Avi tag

Description:
A recombinant form of capsid protein p24 from HIV was produced by insect cells, followed by purification. This product contains C-terminal 6 hexa-histidine tag, followed by an Avi tag. This product has been examined on SDS-PAGE gel with reduced condition (>95% purity) (MW ~28kDa). We evaluated its binding to HIV Gag p24 Monoclonal Antibody Clone RV76 (Cat. No. J88E83) in ELISAs, see results.
