Dengue virus 2 PrM_E protein – Myc and His tags
Catalog Number:
V82T61
Description:
A recombinant form of polyprotein propeptide (Pr), matrix (M), envelope (E) protein from Dengue virus serotype 2, (strain 16681, GenBank: AAA73185) was produced by insect cells, followed by purification. A TEV linker was used to replace transmembrane domain (TM) and the cleavage site was knocked down. This product contains C-terminal Myc and 6 hexa-histidine tags. Amino acid sequence is available upon request. This product has been run on SEC (superose 6) and SDS-PAGE under reduced condition with >90% purity (estimated MW 61 kD). We evaluated the binding of Flavivirus control mAb 4G2, E60 and two published antibodies (Zika ones as negative controls) in ELISAs, see results.
Applications:
Crystallization (Crys), ELISA, SDS-PAGE (SDS), Western Blotting (WB), Immunization or Antibody Sorting Probe, and others
