This antibody has been tested to bind to AAV9-CMV-GFP Reporter (Catalog X97G10-9) by Octet (BLI Assay, see details on picture), and pre-coated AAV9-CMV-GFP Reporter (~4E+04 GC) by ELISA with OD450 > 3.5 at concentration of 10 µg/ml (data not shown). This antibody has been tested to not bind to AAV2-CMV-GFP Reporter (Catalog X97G10-2) by Octet (BLI Assay).

Applications:
IF, WB, ELISA, IHC, IP, Neutralization control et al. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.1 – 0.5 μg/ml. For ELISA, the suggested use is 1-10 μg/ml. For immunocytochemistry, a concentration range of 0.1 – 0.5 μg/ml is recommended. For neutralization assay, the suggested concentration is 0.5-100 μg/ml. It is recommended that the reagent should be titrated for optimal performance by the user.
