Description:
This antibody has been tested to bind to envelope domain III subunit proteins of Dengue virus serotypes 1 and 2. Two controls used in figure are a negative HIV control antibody and published Zika antibody-Z004 (Robbiani et al, 2017). This antibody has also been tested to neutralize the pseudotyped Dengue 1 and Dengue 2 reporter virus particles (RVP) with Renilla Luciferase.
