Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) with AA Thr 23 – Thr 652 (Accession: P04626) fused with a HRV3C cleavage site and human IgG1 Fc (Fc) tag at the C-terminus was produced by human embryonic kidney HEK cells, followed by purification. Sequence is available upon the request. The purity has been examined >95% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE with protein calculated MW of ~98 kDa. We evaluated its binding to a HER2-specific antibody clone RV67 (Cat.No. K36F19) in ELISAs, see results. The protein can be cleaved by HRV3C protease for tag free.
