Venezuelan equine encephalitis virus (VEEV) E1 protein (strain TC-83) (His tag)
Catalog Number:
M71T84
Description:
The envelope E1 is the alphavirus fusion protein which facilitates fusion between the viral and endosomal. A recombinant form of envelope E1 protein from Venezuelan equine encephalitis virus (VEEV) (strain TC-83) (GenBank: AAB02517.1) was produced by insect cells, followed by purification. Amino acid sequence is available upon request. This product contains a 6 hexa-histidine tag at the C-terminus. This product has been examined on SDS-PAGE gel with reduced condition. We evaluated its binding to Anti-Venezuelan Equine Encephalitis Virus Envelope Glycoprotein Antibody (clone RV24, Cat.No. L80U76) and anti-His tag antibody in ELISAs, see results.
Applications:
Crystallization (Crys), ELISA, SDS-PAGE (SDS), Western Blotting (WB), Immunization or Antibody Sorting Probe, and others
