Human TIGIT Protein, Myc and Fc tag
Catalog Number:
U37J55
Description:
Human ITIM domains (TIGIT) is an immune receptor present on a fraction of T cells and natural killer (NK) cells. It binds to CD155 with higher affinity and CD112 with lower affinity. A recombinant form (Met 22 – Pro 141) of TIGIT protein (Accession: Q495A1) fused with Myc tag and human IgG1 Fc (Fc) tag at the C-terminus was produced by human embryonic kidney HEK cells, followed by purification. The purity has been examined >95% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE. We evaluated its binding to a TIGIT-specific antibody clone RV95 (Cat.No. S88S6) and Myc tag-specific antibody clone RV19 (Cat.No. M52T82) in ELISAs, see results.

TIGIT, VSIG9, VSTM3
