Description:
A recombinant trimeric form of the HIV-1 glycoprotein (GP protein) from JRFL strain (clade B, GenBank: AAB05604) was produced by human embryonic kidney HEK293 cells, followed by Lectin purification. This product contains ectodomain of GP protein with furin cleavage site knocked-down, T4 foldon trimerization domain, and C-terminal 6 hexa-histidine tag. This product has been evaluated by Native Blue gel and ELISAs, see results.
