Human ICAM-1 / CD54 Protein, Fc Tag
Catalog Number:
J42V98
Description:
Human Intercellular Adhesion Molecule-1 (ICAM-1) protein was produced by human embryonic kidney HEK cells, followed by purification. It contains AA Gln 28 – Glu 480 (GenBank: CAA30051.1) was fused with human IgG1 Fc (Fc) tag at the C-terminus. The protein migrates as 66-90 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation (predicted Gln 28), see figure. The protein has been tested to bind to ICAM-1-specific antibody clone RV85 (Cat. No. Q8R2), see figure.
Protein Synonyms:
ICAM1, BB2, CD54, cell surface glycoprotein P3.58, human rhinovirus receptor, major group rhinovirus receptor
