Description:
A recombinant form of envelope glycoprotein (G) from Henipavirus Nipahense (NiV) (GenBank: AAY43916.1) (Gln71-Thr602) was produced by insect cells, followed by purification. This product contains a 6 hexa-histidine tag at the C-terminus. This product has been examined on SDS-PAGE gel with reduced condition. We evaluated its binding to anti-His tag antibody (clone RV7, Cat.No. J96C86), and NiV G-specific antibody (clone RV41, Cat.No M72A69) in ELISAs, see results.
