RSV Trimeric Prefusion (F) protein (A2 strain) (Fc, His and Avi tags)
Catalog Number:
H27Z87
Description:
A recombinant trimeric form of prefusion (F0) from human Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) (A2 strain) was produced by insect cells, followed by multiple steps of purification. This product contains T4 foldon trimerization domain to mimic the native conformation of F, followed by a human Fc tag, 6 hexa-histidine tag, and an Avi tag at C-terminal. This product has been examined on SDS-PAGE gel with reduced condition (>95% purity) (MW ~86kDa). We evaluated its binding to Anti-RSV Fusion Human Monoclonal Antibody Clone RV35 (Cat. No. M72M26) in ELISA, see results.
Applications:
Crystallization (Crys), ELISA, SDS-PAGE (SDS), Western Blotting (WB), Immunization or Antibody Sorting Probe, and others
Source:
Insect cells
Biosafety Level:
BSL-1
Organism:
Human Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) (A2 strain)
Size and Formulation:
100 or 500 μg in PBS, pH7.2, without preservatives.
Note: Not lyophilized formulation, so no lyophilized protectant reagents added.
