Human CD155 Protein, Fc tag
Catalog Number:
Y65B99
Description:
Human CD155 expressed on antigen‐presenting cells or tumor cells binds to ITIM domains (TIGIT) to down‐regulate T cell and natural killer (NK) cell functions. A recombinant form (Val 29 – Asn 343) of CD155 protein (GenBank: NP_006496.4) fused with human IgG1 Fc (Fc) tag at the C-terminus was produced by human embryonic kidney HEK cells, followed by purification. The purity has been examined as determined >95% by reducing SDS-PAGE, where protein with a calculated MW of ~ 64 kDa (including tags) migrates as 62-98 kDa. We evaluated its binding to TIGIT protein (Cat.No. U37J55) in ELISAs, see results.
