We have developed  Multi-color Epitope-specific Single Cell Sorting (MESCS®) to isolate the antigen-specific single B cell from different species samples

 The sorted single B cell is sequenced for Ig, followed by recombinant monoclonal antibody technology to produce monoclonal antibody.
