This antibody has been tested to bind to fusion (F) of Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) subtypes, A and B (Catalog V84L44) as well as human Metapneumovirus (hMPV) subtype A1 and B1 (Catalog R28W56), see figure.

Applications:
IF, WB, ELISA, IHC, IP, Neutralization control et al. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.1 – 0.5 μg/ml. For ELISA, the suggested use is 1-10 μg/ml. For immunocytochemistry, a concentration range of 0.1 – 0.5 μg/ml is recommended. For neutralization assay, the suggested concentration is 0.5-100 μg/ml. It is recommended that the reagent should be titrated for optimal performance by the user.
