This antibody has been tested to bind to fusion (F) glycoprotein of human Metapneumovirus (hMPV) subtype A1 strain (Cat. No. R28W56-A) or B1 strain (Cat. No. R28W56-B), but not Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) subtypes, A and B (Cat. No. V84L44).

Applications:
IF, WB, ELISA, IHC, IP, Neutralization control et al. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 – 2.5 μg/ml. For ELISA, the suggested use is 5-50 μg/ml. For immunocytochemistry, a concentration range of 0.5 – 2.5 μg/ml is recommended. For neutralization assay, the suggested concentration is 2.5-100 μg/ml. It is recommended that the reagent should be titrated for optimal performance by the user.
