Description:
Human CD33/Siglec-3 protein with AA Asp 18 – His 259 (Accession: AAH28152.1) fused with Myc tag and human IgG1 Fc (Fc) tag at the C-terminus was produced by human embryonic kidney HEK cells, followed by purification. Sequence is available upon the request. The purity has been examined >95% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE, where protein migrates as 62-88 kDa. We evaluated its binding to a CD33-specific antibody clone RV54 (Cat.No. F28L37) in ELISAs, see results.
