Clone 8G5F11 mouse antibody was known to bind a conserved epitope on the pleckstrin homology domain (PHD) of vesicular stomatitis virus glycoprotein (VSV-G), therefore showing cross-neutralizing against multiple VSV strains. Here we provide the 8G5F11 similar human antibody that has been tested to bind to VSV-G (Cat. No. E9P59), see figure.

IF, WB, ELISA, IHC, IP, Neutralization control et al. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.1 – 0.5 μg/ml. For ELISA, the suggested use is 1-10 μg/ml. For immunocytochemistry, a concentration range of 0.1 – 0.5 μg/ml is recommended. For neutralization assay, the suggested concentration is 0.1-50 μg/ml. It is recommended that the reagent should be titrated for optimal performance by the user.
