Varicella-Zoster Virus (VZV) gE protein (Myc & His tags)
Catalog Number:
W20T69
Description:
A recombinant form of envelope glycoprotein E (gE) from Varicella-Zoster Virus (VZV) (GenBank: WNB50196.1) was produced by insect cells, followed by purification. This product contains ectodomain, Myc tag at the N-terminus and 6 hexa-histidine tag at the C-terminus. This product has been examined on SDS-PAGE gel with reduced condition. We evaluated its binding to anti-Myc or -His tags, Anti-Varicella-Zoster virus (VZV) Antibody (gE-specific) mAb clone RV37 (Cat.No. J65C52) in ELISAs, see results.
Applications:
Crystallization (Crys), ELISA, SDS-PAGE (SDS), Western Blotting (WB), Immunization or Antibody Sorting Probe, and others
