Description:
Human PD-L2 (programmed death ligand 2) with AA Leu 20 – Pro 219 (Accession: AAI13679) fused with human IgG1 Fc (Fc) tag at the C-terminus was produced by human embryonic kidney HEK cells, followed by purification. Sequence is available upon the request. The purity has been examined >95% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE, where protein migrates as 60-70 kDa. We evaluated its binding to its binder, PD1 (Cat.No. U24F11) in ELISAs, see results.
