This antibody is bioengineered recombinant purified monoclonal antibody using variable domain sequence of clone RV37-IgG (Cat.No. J65C52) constructed with constant region for IgM format. This antibody has been tested to bind to Varicella-Zoster virus (VZV) gE protein (Cat. No. W20T69). An example of comparison of this IgM and IgG (Cat.No. J65C52) using size exclusion chromatography is shown.
