Description:
This antibody is bioengineered recombinant purified monoclonal antibody using variable domain sequence of clone RV88-IgG (Cat.No. Z84N67) constructed with constant region for IgM format. This antibody has been tested to bind to RBD of SARS (2003 strain) (Cat. No. V96K50) and SARS-CoV-2 Wuhan Strain (Cat. No. G50N28). An example of comparison of this IgM and IgG (Cat.No. Z84N67) using size exclusion chromatography is shown.
