Ebola Zaire Makona Trimeric GP protein –TwinStrep and His tags
Catalog Number:
P54P89
Description:
A recombinant Ebola Zaire GPΔmuc protein (derived from strain Makona) consists of resides 32-309 and 461-628 (MLD residues 310-460 and transmembrane domain downstream of residue 628 deleted) and was produced by insect cells, followed by purification. This product contains C-terminal trimerization motif, enterokinase cleavage (DDDDK), a TwinStrep tag and 6 hexa-histidine tag. Amino acid sequence is available upon request. This product has been run on SDS-PAGE with reduced condition. We evaluated the binding of three published antibodies-KZ52, FVM04 and CA45 (Zhao, et al, Cell 2017, 169) in ELISAs, see results.
