Human ErbB3 / HER3 Protein-Myc/His tag or tag free
Catalog Number:
R44A32
Description:
Human ErbB3 / HER3 Protein was produced by human embryonic kidney HEK cells, followed by purification. This recombinant ErbB3 / HER3 (Ser 20 – Thr 643, Accession: P21860-1) was fused with HRV3C cleavage and followed with Myc and 6 hexa-histidine tag at the C-terminus. This design provides an option for the protein to be cleaved using HRV3C for tag-free. The purity has been examined by reducing SDS-PAGE, where protein migrates ~70 kDa. We evaluated its binding to anti-His tag antibody (clone RV7, Cat.No. J96C86), anti-Myc tag antibody (clone RV19, Cat.No. M52T82), and a human HER3-specific antibody (clone RV68, Cat.No. V94U51) in ELISAs, see figure.
