Human Nucleolin (NCL) protein was produced by human embryonic kidney HEK cells, followed by purification. It contains AA Val 2 – Glu 710 (Accession: P19338) was fused with human IgG1 Fc (Fc) tag at the C-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 102.3 kDa, with the purity examined by reducing SDS-PAGE, see figure.
