Human GPC3 Protein, Myc and Fc tag
Â
Catalog Number:
K27X31
Description:
Human Glypican-3 (GPC3) is a membrane-bound protein highly expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) but absent in normal adult liver tissue, making it a key biomarker and therapeutic target. A recombinant form (Gln 25 – His 559) of GPC3 protein (Accession: P51654) fused with Myc tag and human IgG1 Fc (Fc) tag at the C-terminus was produced by human embryonic kidney HEK cells, followed by purification. The purity has been examined as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE, where protein with a calculated MW of ~ 92 kDa (including tags) was observed. We evaluated its binding to Myc tag-specific antibody clone RV19 (Cat.No. M52T82) in ELISAs, see results.
Protein Synonyms:
GPC3, OCI5, Glypican-3, GTR2-2, MXR7, DGSX, SDYS, SGB, SGBS, SGBS1
