This antibody has been tested to neutralize the VSV pseudovirus of Ebola strains of Zaire (Catalog # S99W4), Sudan (Catalog # U95M81), Bundibugyo (Catalog # C44B22) and Bombali (Catalog # T42Y99). It also binds to GPs of Ebola strains of Zaire, Sudan, Bundibugyo and Bombali.

Applications:
IF, WB, ELISA, IHC, IP, Neutralization control et al. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.1 – 0.5 μg/ml. For ELISA, the suggested use is 1-10 μg/ml. For immunocytochemistry, a concentration range of 0.1 – 0.5 μg/ml is recommended. For neutralization assay, the suggested concentration is 0.5-50 μg/ml. It is recommended that the reagent should be titrated for optimal performance by the user.
