Description:
This antibody is bioengineered recombinant purified monoclonal antibody using variable domain sequence of clone RV47-IgG (Cat.No. S99Z30) constructed with constant region for IgM format. This antibody has been tested to bind to fusion (F) glycoprotein of human Metapneumovirus (hMPV) subtype A1 strain (Cat. No. M5Q48-A) or B1 strain (Cat. No. M5Q48-B). An example of comparison of IgM and IgG using size exclusion chromatography (SEC) is shown.
