Human epidermal growth factor receptor 3 (HER3) with AA Ser 20 – Thr 643 (Accession: P21860) fused with a HRV3C cleavage site and human IgG1 Fc (Fc) tag at the C-terminus was produced by human embryonic kidney HEK cells, followed by purification.

Human ErbB3 / HER3 Protein-Fc Tag or Tag Free

Catalog Number:

S85S36

Description:

Human epidermal growth factor receptor 3 (HER3) with AA Ser 20 – Thr 643 (Accession: P21860) fused with a HRV3C cleavage site and human IgG1 Fc (Fc) tag at the C-terminus was produced by human embryonic kidney HEK cells, followed by purification. Sequence is available upon the request. The purity has been examined >90% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE with protein calculated MW of ~98 kDa. We evaluated its binding to a HER3-specific antibody clone RV68 (Cat.No. V94U51) in ELISAs, see results. The protein can be cleaved by HRV3C protease for tag free.
