Dengue Virus 2 E Protein – Myc and His tags
Catalog Number:
W80T78
Description:
A recombinant form of envelope (E) protein from Dengue virus serotype 2 (DENV2) (strain 16681, GenBank: AAA73185) was produced by insect cells, followed by purification. This product contains N-terminal Myc tag and C-terminal 6 hexa-histidine tag. Amino acid sequence is available upon request. This product has been examined on SDS-PAGE gel under reduced condition with > 95% purity (estimated MW 46 kD). We evaluated its binding to anti-His tag antibody clone RV7 (Cat. No. J96C86) or Anti-Myc Tag Antibody clone RV19 (Cat. No. M52T82) or Anti-Dengue E Domain III Neutralizing Antibody Clone RV25 (Cat. No. K34Q76) in ELISAs, see results.
