Human PD-L1 Protein, Fc Tag
Catalog Number:
Z25Y86
Description:
Human PD-L1 (programmed death ligand 1) is commonly expressed on dendritic cells and macrophages, and its ectodomain is composed of a membrane distal IgSF V-set and a membrane proximal IgSF C-set domain. PD-L1 is often overexpressed in different tumors, and its interaction with PD-1 on T cells enables cancer cells to evade T-cell-mediated immune responses. A recombinant form (Phe 19 – Arg 238) of PD-L1 protein (Accession: NP_054862.1) fused with human IgG1 Fc (Fc) tag at the C-terminus was produced by human embryonic kidney HEK cells, followed by purification. Sequence is available upon the request. The purity has been examined >95% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE, where protein migrates as 60-75 kDa. We evaluated its binding to a PD-L1-specific antibody (clone RV59, Cat.No. F16S89) in ELISAs, see results.
