We offer a wide range of VSV packaging services with extensive experience and a large panel of popular products (VSV pseudovirus reporters). We provide the recombinant VSV (rVSV): VSV-∆P, VSV-∆L and VSV-∆G. They can be conjugated with different reporters, such as GFP, dsRed or Luciferase, to package heterologous protein.

Service procedure (brief):
You provide plasmid of your gene of interest, or we can design and clone it for you per your request. Then we the required plasmids to 293 cells followed by VSV infection. After harvest virus, we purify/concentrate virus and validate virus using fluorescence or reporter reading. Extra validation using our BLI/SPR Analytical Service or Neutralization Evaluation are available with extra cost. See details here.
