We offer a wide range of AAV packaging services in multiple AAV serotypes, including AAV1, AAV2, AAV5, AAV6, AAV8, AAV9, AAV retro. Other serotypes, such as AAV7, AAV ANC80, AAV DJ & AAV DJ-8，AAV PhpB & AAV PhpeB, AAV 7m8 and AAV shh10 can be customized. If you send us a AAV plasmid for large-scale AAV packaging, please provide us with plasmid DNA (≥100 ug and＞500ng/ul for small-scale AAV packaging；≥200 ug and＞500ng/ul for large-scale AAV packaging；3-5 ug for DNA maxiprep) and gene sequence, we will make ready to use AAV viruses for you.

Service procedure (brief):

We co-transfect all required plasmids to 293 cells. After harvest virus, we purify AAV using Iodixanol gradient ultracentrifugation and measure titer using qPCR. We provide cloning service if your gene of interest needs to be cloned. We provide in-vitro cell validation per request.
