Service procedure (brief):
We provide lentiviral packaging plasmid, VSV-G as default envelope plasmid and you provide transfer plasmid or choose from ours (here is link) or we can design for you. Then we co-transfect all required plasmids to 293 cells (adhesive or suspension for high titer). After harvest virus, we purify/concentrate virus and measure titer using p24 ELISA (Cat. No. Q89H22). The functional titering by qPCR and in-vitro cell validation are available per request with extra cost.
Storage:
Ship with dry ice. Stored at -80 °C.
