Description:
A recombinant Marburg Ravn GPΔmuc protein (GenBank: NC_024781) with MLD and transmembrane domain deleted was produced by insect cells, followed by purification. This product contains C-terminal enterokinase cleavage, a TwinStrep tag and 6 hexa-histidine tag. This product has been run on SDS-PAGE with reduced condition and native blue gel. We evaluated the binding of HIV negative control mAb and one published antibody MR191 (Flyak, et al, Cell 2015, 160) in ELISAs, see results.
