Description:
EpiCD™ DMEM (Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle’s Medium) is a chemically-defined (CD), free of serum, lipid, proteins or growth factors, animal-origin components, and hydrolysates sterile medium for culturing various types of mammalian cells including primary fibroblasts, neurons, glial cells, HUVEC, smooth muscle cells, as well as cell lines such as HeLa, 293T, Cos-7 and PC-12. Supplement with serum is needed (usually with 10% fetal bovine serum).

Culture Conditions:
- Cell medium: EpiCD™ DMEM + 10% fetal bovine serum + optional Penicillin-Streptomycin.
- Cell line: Adherent 293T cell or other.
- Culture type: Adherent culture.
- Culture container: Cell culture flask/ cell factory.
- Temperature range: 37℃±5, temperature shift as needed for cell culture conditions.
- Shaker incubator setting: 5 – 8% CO2, ≥ 80% humidity.
