Description:
EpiCD™ DMEM/F12 is a 1:1 mixture of Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) and Ham’s F-12 Nutrient Mixture, designed to provide a nutritionally rich environment for culturing a wide variety of mammalian cells, particularly epithelial and fibroblast cell lines, human endothelial cells, MDCK, glial cells. Supplement with serum is needed (usually with 10% fetal bovine serum).

Culture Conditions:
- Cell medium: EpiCD™ DMEM/F12 + 10% fetal bovine serum + optional Penicillin-Streptomycin.
- Cell line: MDCK, glial cells, fibroblasts, human endothelial cells or other.
- Culture type: Suspension or adherent culture.
- Culture container: Cell culture flask.
- Temperature range: 37℃±5, temperature shift as needed for cell culture conditions.
- Shaker incubator setting: 5 – 8% CO2, ≥ 80% humidity.
