Description:
RPMI 1640 medium was originally developed for suspension culture of human leukemia monocytes. RPMI 1640 medium has been found to be suitable for various mammalian cells, including HeLa cells, K562 cells, MCF-7 cells, PC12 cells, PBMC cells, astrocytes, and cancer cells.

Culture Conditions:
- Cell medium: EpiCD™ RPMI 1640 + 10% fetal bovine serum + optional Penicillin-Streptomycin.
- Cell line: K562 cell or other.
- Culture type: Adherent culture.
- Culture container: Cell culture flask.
- Temperature range: 37℃±5, temperature shift as needed for cell culture conditions.
- Shaker incubator setting: 5 – 8% CO2, ≥ 80% humidity.
