Ebola Bundibugyo Trimeric GP protein –TwinStrep and His tags
Catalog Number:
K33N19
Description:
A recombinant Ebola Bundibugyo virus (BDBV) GPΔmuc protein (GenBank: QYU59247.1) consists of resides 33-311 and 470-621 (MLD residues 312-469 and transmembrane domain downstream of residue 622 deleted) and was produced by insect cells, followed by purification. This product contains C-terminal trimerization motif, enterokinase cleavage (DDDDK), a TwinStrep tag and 6 hexa-histidine tag. Amino acid sequence is available upon request. This product has been run on SDS-PAGE with reduced condition. We evaluated the binding of several published antibodies- Zaire GP-specific antibody KZ52 (Lee, et al, Nature 2008, 454) and broad neutralizing antibodies including FVM04 (Howell, et al, Cell Rep 2016, 15), 1C3, 1C11 (Milligan, et al, Cell 2022, 185) and CA45 (Zhao, et al, Cell 2017, 169) in ELISAs, see results.
