Human YWHAG protein, Myc and Fc tags
Catalog Number:
N44Q50
Description:
Two synapse-related proteins, 14-3-3 protein gamma (YWHAG) and Neuronal pentraxin-2 (NPTX2), were found to be the most closely related to measures of cognitive impairment of Alzheimer’s disease (AD). A recombinant form (Met 1 – Asn 247) of human YWHAG protein (Accession: P61981) fused with Myc tag followed by a human Fc (hFc) tag at the C-terminus was produced by human embryonic kidney HEK cells, followed by purification. The purity has been examined by reducing SDS-PAGE, where protein with a calculated MW of ~55 kDa (including tags). We evaluated its binding to a Myc tag-specific antibody (Cat.No. M52T82) in ELISA, see results.
Protein Synonyms:
Protein kinase C inhibitor protein 1 (KCIP-1)
