Human PD1 Protein Myc, Fc Tags
Catalog Number:
U24F11
Description:
Human Programmed Cell Death protein 1 (PD1) protein was produced by human embryonic kidney HEK cells, followed by purification. It contains AA Leu 25 – Gln 167 (GenBank: Q15116) was fused with a Myc tag, followed by human IgG1 Fc (Fc) tag at the C-terminus. Sequence is available upon the request. The protein (>95% purity) migrates as 56-66 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation (predicted Leu 25), see figure. The protein has been tested to bind to PD1-specific antibody clone RV58 (Cat. No. Z49H39) and its receptor ligand 2 (PD1-L2, Cat. No. X57S31) see figure.
Protein Synonyms:
PDCD1, PD-1, CD279, SLEB2
