The One-Minute Competent Cells (DH5 Alpha) are engineered for chemical transformation with high efficiency. Just mix DNA with this competent cell for 1 minute and spread on plate. No heat shock, no shaking needed. This product can be used for cloning, sub-cloning, synthesized DNA or PCR fragment assembly, library construction, etc
