Description:
The One-Minute Competent Cells (Stbl2) are engineered for high-efficiency chemically transformation of unstable inserts with multiple repeats (recA1) or methylated DNA or plant viral DNA. Just mix DNA with this competent cell for 1 minute and spread on plate. No heat shock, no shaking needed. This product can be used for cloning, sub-cloning, synthesized DNA or PCR fragment assembly, library construction, etc.
We observed that the transformation of some plasmids using this competent cell is successfully, but fail using our One-Minute DH5 Alpha competent cell (Cat. No. L2A1)
