Anti-WNV-E Human Monoclonal Antibody (E16 similar)
Catalog Number:
V53R88
Clone:
RV86
Description:
Clone E16 mouse antibody was known to react with the domain III lateral ridge (DIII-LR) of the envelope (E) protein of West Nile Virus (WNV), and show neutralizing against multiple strains of WNV in vitro. Here we provide E16 similar human antibody that has been tested to strongly bind to WNV-E (Cat. No. R36G82), but not JEV-E (Cat. No. K63C58), DENV1-E (Cat. No. P76A64-S1), DENV2-E (Cat. No. P76A64-S2), ZIKV-E (Cat. No. G69R89), see figure. It has also been tested to neutralize WNV Reporter Virus Particle (RVP) with Renilla Luciferase Reporter (NY99 strain) (Cat. No. A46U23), see figure.
Epitope:
The domain III lateral ridge (DIII-LR) of WNV-E
