Description:
Ham’s F12 Nutrient Mixture (F12) was designed for serum-free, single-cell plating of Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells. F12 has since been used for serum-free growth of CHO cultures as well as serum-supplemented growth of other mammalian cells, including chondrocytes and rat prostate epithelial cells.

 Culture Conditions:
- Cell medium: F12 + 10% fetal bovine serum.
- Cell line: CHO, COS-7, rat prostate epithelial cells or other.
- Culture container: Cell culture flask.
- Temperature range: 37℃±5, temperature shift as needed for cell culture conditions.
- Shaker incubator setting: 5 – 8% CO2, ≥ 80% humidity.
